Captain- Nikitas Mantikos

What a better combination of someone who made his passion a profession? Captain Nikitas was born in 1975, since his early childhood, he has been spending thousand hours onboard different types of sail yachts and boats. His warm smile and pleasant personality will make your voyage and sailing experience one to remember. In the early 90’s he made his professional offset by participating in sailing races, yacht maintenance and various sailing opportunities around Greece in all Ionian and Aegean complex of islands. 

Throughout the last decade, he has gained extensive experience as a sailboat engineer, sailing instructor, and skipper in various types of yachts all over Greece. His broad interest in various fields has driven him to develop various skills such as team psychology and troubleshooting, always working closely towards overcoming the clients’ expectations. Captain Nikitas, holds various licenses such as Skipper license for Sailboats and Powerboats. He is always ready to provide the utmost Greek hospitality as a fluent English language speaker. 

Chef - Phoebe Parthenoglou

Phoebe is the kind of Chef, you will want to ‘take her home’ at the end of your journey. Being born in New Zealand, she is coming from a background as a Chef ranging from Hamilton Island, next to the Great Barrier Reef through New Zealand to London, until she arrived in Greece. Her inventive ability in preparing a fabulous food menu and creating a vast variety of dishes and desserts, she will keep you on the edge what kind of culinary delicacies she will serve you next. 

She also worked as a Bartender and a Waitress in various restaurants in London, so she will spoil you with various cocktails during the warm breaks between Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. So be ready to gain a few kilos, while you are on - board. It will definitely be a ‘finger licking’ experience. 

Always in a happy mood, Phoebe’s smile is addictive and having completed the ‘ Yoga Alliance 200h r Teacher Training’ Course, one understands why she has such a calm and relaxed personality. Extremely attentive, caring and joyful, with a great understanding of children, she wins everybody’s heart.

Deck Hand - Nikos Sevastis

Nikos has been working for several years as a deckhand on catamarans. He has a wonderful disposition and is always with a smile. He makes sure that the yacht is in top condition, his guests always with a full glass and to make any arrangements they need. Nikos speaks fluent English and is very communicative.
